We are nearing completion of the buildout phase of our dedicated gluten free commissary kitchen in Roseville, CA to help our local food entrepreneurs expand their gluten free offerings. By controlling the ingredients that enter the building, we hope to incubate more celiac-friendly options that leave the building. Featuring 1950 sq ft of space that includes Hobart 80 and 20q mixers, a TMB XL2 roll-in oven, a walk-in freezer and various other pieces of equipment both small and large, we should have what you need. And if you need something different, let us know! We'll also have both cold and dry secure storage for those things of yours you'd like to leave behind.

3 prep areas in the main kitchen, a dry-ingredient mixing room, a separate dishwashing/packaging/storage room, and a retail area to sell what you just made. Need your own space? Talk to us about our 11x13' room that can be rented our to the producer who needs a longer term (full time) solution.
