Our 5,000 sq. foot kitchen is available for rent! Between the amenities included with our facility and the convenient space we provide, our tenants are able to focus on other important aspects of growing their businesses without having to worry about maintaining their own kitchen, restaurant, food truck, or other facilities. We provide a cushion for our tenants to grow organically until they are able to outgrow our kitchen, which is ultimately a sign of a successful food business!
Aside from providing you with the necessary space and equipment to produce high-quality food products and services to run your business, we offer additional business advice ranging from legal or financial support to employee management skills. We also can provide connections to several small business committees and mentors that want to help your business succeed!
