As a former renter myself being nickeled and dimed by a local commissary kitchen, I swore that if I ever made it to a point to buy my own space, I would help aspiring entrepreneurs in their journey vs just worrying about how to take money from them. My rent is all inclusive; no surprises. Dry storage along with both refrigeration and freezer space are included as well. My team and I are available to advise whether it be simple aesthetics of packaging or licensing Q's. If I don't have the answer, I'll certainly help you find one, Personally, this has become my "passion project". I love seeing my renters succeed and it's so, SO cool to see their journey from Day 1 to the day they outgrow me. As one of the gals here says, "We're like a little kitchen family". Pricing

Six & Twelve month lease options:
$400/month up to 20 hours, due on the 1st of each month. $20/hour after that. Includes utilities, dry, frozen and refrigeration. No sneaky add on's!
Off season supply storage: $100/month
