We have multiple prep areas, private rooms, 6 convection ovens, 12 burner stove-tops, 2 stock pot stoves, a chargrill, a flat-grill, 44 quart mixer, tilt skillet, electrical food warmers, 1000lb ice machine, and many different prep areas. We have large walk-in cooler and freezer inside and additional 40ft cooler/freezer outside.
