**Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga (KIC) Pricing Overview**

At KIC, we offer flexible and affordable pricing options to cater to the diverse needs of our culinary entrepreneurs. Whether you're just starting or looking to expand, we have a plan for you:

**Non-Profit Rates:**
- **10 Hours per Week without Storage:** $350 per month
- **10 Hours per Week with Storage:** $450 per month
- **20 Hours per Week:** $550 per month
- **40 Hours per Week:** $750 per month

**CPG (Consumer Packaging Goods) PODs:**
- **First Year:** $550 per month
- **Second Year:** $650 per month
- **Third Year:** $750 per month

**Please Note:**
- All CPG PODs require a minimum one-year lease commitment.
