Description

Kitchen Korners is a newly constructed, personal/shared kitchen space. An emphasis is placed on PERSONAL which allows the business owner to create or manufacture at they're own pace (by themselves in a clinical environment) and gain access to all equipment without competition. In order to use the kitchen, there will a few items that will need to be collected. Those items are a current managerial ServSafe certification, your Philadelphia food establishment certificate and a minimum of $1million dollars in general and product liability insurance.

Pricing

Kitchen Korners offers 3 lease types. One time usage, membership and non-memberships. All commissary usage have a minimum usage of 2 hours. Membership rates are $50/per hour with a minimum usage of 30 hour per month along with a certain amount of storage. One time usage and non-membership's have a rate of $55/per hour and offers the client the ability to pick and choose what storage services they want.
