* walk-in cooler
* 2 food prep sinks
* commercial food processor
* food mixer
* food slicer
* plates, bowls, coffee mugs, and serving ware

With direct access into the Ventures Unlimited Thrift Shoppe, we are looking for a business(es) interested in selling breakfast, lunch, baked goods etc. to our patrons and the broader community. In a perfect world, the entity would incorporate and help train our interested clients with disabilities on serve safe practices and kitchen processes to prepare them for the food industry.

Pricing

Kitchen Ventures - Guidelines
Utilize your scheduled time – access shared via Google Docs:
• Reservations must be made by Thursday at noon for the upcoming Saturday through Friday in compliance with your contractual guidelines
• Any reservations that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to use will be subject to a $25 fee deducted from your security deposit

End of shift clean up:
• Make sure all appliances (burners, ovens etc.) are turned off
• Clean up your work area; no debris should be left on surfaces, in the sinks, on the floor etc.
o A $50-100 deduction will be withdrawn from your security deposit if we need to clean up after you!
• Return all cleaned dishes, utensils etc. to your designated area
• Turn off all lights

Utilizing the facility during non-business hours:
• You will need to request a building key, and access will be allowed only to the kitchen and adjacent restroom facilities
A positive Security Deposit balance is required to utilize the kitchen!
