The layout is usually divided into clear zones—receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, packing, and dispatch—so workflow moves in one direction and avoids cross-contamination. Temperature-controlled storage, like walk-in chillers and freezers, keeps ingredients fresh and safe. The equipment is commercial-grade and built for high volume: heavy-duty ranges, ovens, food processors, ventilation systems, stainless steel workstations, and color-coded tools to maintain food safety standards and streamline operations. Cleanliness is a top priority. There are strict sanitation schedules, regular deep cleaning, and staff hygiene protocols, including the use of gloves and handwashing. Surfaces are disinfected frequently, waste is managed efficiently, and pest control measures are in place.

We are flexible with new businesses and offer affordable packages

The 3 main Packages are:
- Essential Package monthly - $560 includes up to 20 hours of kitchen use. Additional hour at $28.00/hr
- Business Package monthly - $1250 includes up to 50 hours of kitchen use. Additional hour at $25.00/hr
- Executive Package monthly- $2200 includes up to 100 hours of kitchen use. Additional hour at $20.00/hr
- One-time Membership - $100

Included in the packages, Free of Charge:
Parking, Utilities, Disposable gloves, Dishwasher Use, Chemicals, Print Production Labels, Access to color printer, usage of all heavy equipment, Utensils, and 1 Shelf of dry Storage,

Cleaning after production is the responsibility of the Tenant; an additional $75.00 will be charged if the job is not completed
1 Shelf of Cold or Frozen Storage is free for Business and Executive Packages, and $25 for the Essential package
