The entire restaurant, kitchen, basement, bathroom, were redesigned in 2017, no expense was spared. Only the finest American made equipment throughout.

This pizzeria boasts state-of-the-art everything on 2 separate floors (1st floor and basement) with a dumbwaiter connecting the two. 2 x 6 ton AC units regulate the spaces temperature, 2 zones, upstairs and downstairs ensuring comfortable cooking and preparation. All equipment is maintained daily and operates like new. We also have all the small wares you can think of, and I mean everything. The space itself is spotless and is certified satisfactory by the local health department. There is parking in the rear of the building adjacent to the rear kitchen door making loading and unloading a breeze. 3 large dumpsters are just steps away making garbage removal fast and simple. A high tech video surveillance system runs 24/7 and is monitored by our security company. As this is Ridgewood, coming and going is extremely safe.

Currently, the kitchen is underutilized and will be available:
Mon.-Sat. 9pm-7am.
Sunday available anytime.

Experience in a commercial kitchen is optimal, however, home chefs seeking to break into the business are welcome as well. We’ll talk about what your needs are and how they can be best accommodated in this space.
