We offer a fully licensed and operational kitchen within our fast casual restaurant. We are open 7 days a week at 11 am and close at 9 pm (7pm on Sundays). Our prep area/storage/walk-in and convection oven are available for rent during our business hours. Flat top available before or after business hours. We offer a 60"" flat top griddle (gas), convection oven (gas), chest freezer, walk in refrigerator, and three sink dishwasher. Perfect for catering, bakers, and food preparation for mobile trucks.
Our basic rate is $80/h but would be willing to negotiate for long-term use.
