From Wednesday through Sunday, we are a fully functional café and restaurant. Our day ends at 6:00pm - plus we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. These hours and days, I'm sure will be helpful for small businesses, food truck owners, etc.
We have a large commercial kitchen, certified by the state of Florida. You would have use of the following:
- Double oven
- 6 range gas stove with additional oven
- Baking racks and large sheet pans
- Large walk-in refrigerator and storage
- 2 small freezers
- Mixers, attachments etc.
- Food processors with multi functions i.e. shred, slice, mandala
- Mixing bowls, cutting boards, utensils etc.
- Small deep fryer
- Full commercial dish pit with machine
- Small meat slicer
- And more!
