We are have a full service kitchen, where we provided 3 meals/day to senior residents for decades. Recently, we moved to a more independent model of service, and put in a Micro Market food source for residents. We're hoping to find someone to rent the kitchen and put it to good use. It has walk in freezer/fridge, commercial ovens, steamers, and full supplies (pots/pans/utensils), etc. There is also access to a loading area that food trucks/delivery vans can access.
We would accept a minimum of $2,750/month (plus utilities) for the first 3-6 months; and then negotiate a higher rental fee based on the business production/needs of the renter.
