Kitchen use rates are customized to the client and what they plan on doing at Local Batch. If you have a licensed product and are selling your product, the average rate is $25/hour. If you are still in the Research and Development stage of your food journey, or simply need a clean, professional space to prepare food for a party, the rate is reduced.
