120 sq feet private cubicle with in a spacious and clean baker's shared kitchen for a monthly rent of $1000 only.
Advantages:
1. You will have 24/7 access to the kitchen and your cubicle. No restriction on the usage of equipment.
2. You do NOT have to pay by the hours. Perfect for serious bakers and startups that spend considerable time in the kitchen.
3. Cubicle comes with one 4' wide lockable cabinet , 9 cubic feet chest freezer, one 4 feet wide lockable cabinet in the walk in cooler, two 6 feet prep table. Additional space available for a fee.
4. Cubicle is large enough to have upto 18 feet of prep tables.
6. No advance reservation required for the appliances.
7. Cubicle has retractable walls, you can open the front completely to extend your production line into the shared space in the kitchen.
8. Kitchen Cleaning supplies are provided by us.
9. Kitchen has docks for easy receiving and loading of goods from the truck.
10. Kitchen have baker's equipment that supports small to large volume production for food manufacturing.
