Description

The Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP) is an urban farm and non-profit social justice organization. Our farmhouse kitchen is predominantly used as a community food education space as well as training space for the high-schoolers that we employ throughout the year. As such, our kitchen rental hours are secondary to the needs of the community and our youth employees, but we are happy to work with you to find rental times that work for everyone.

We require a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing "Massachusetts Avenue Project" as additional insured which can be obtained through any number of insurance agencies. FLIP, Lawley, Hiscox, Dryden Mutual, and State Farm are all agencies that other renters have used - it just depends on what works for you.

If you are planning to make food to sell, you will also need to obtain a health permit from the Erie County DOH or NYS Ag and Markets.

Pricing

There is a one-time Enrollment Fee of $50
