Austin Incubator Kitchen (AIK) offers affordable, accessible, commercial kitchen space with comprehensive support services designed to help economically challenged entrepreneurs build sustainable catering businesses in the Austin community and beyond.

With professional-grade equipment, meticulous cleanliness standards praised by inspectors, and a thoughtfully designed layout, AIK provides the high-quality culinary environment essential for food business success without the premium price tag. Chicago's Austin Incubator Kitchen is a commercially licensed shared kitchen space dedicated to helping food industry entrepreneurs to start, build, and grow successful catering businesses. Catering services for events in the adjacent hall are also available.

AIK provides professional development and training to individuals interested in entering the formal food industry. Participants receive free ServSafe training and certification exams as well as financial assistance with city licensing.

Professional Kitchen space is $25/hr. with options for cold and dry storage. We offer daily, weekly and monthly options.
