Mess Hall kitchen is a DineSafe inspected commercial kitchen available for rent monthly or by the hour.
Rental of the kitchen starts at $35 per hour +HST, with a 4-hour minimum.
If you wish to rent the kitchen on a regular basis, contact us for fees, schedule and benefits. We welcome renters interested in long term contracts.

You may bring your personal equipment, tools and ingredients, but they must be removed after your rental. Overnight storage can be arranged for regular clients.
Maintaining a clean kitchen is a priority for Mess Hall. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself (we will provide all cleaning supplies for you), taking out garbage/compost/recycling, and replacing/repairing anything that gets damaged or broken while you’re using the space (all rules and regulations will be shared with you).
For renters preparing/dealing with food, you must have your Food Handler’s certificate. For all commercial renters, you must include Mess Hall in your commercial liability insurance. If you wish to serve alcohol, you must arrange for your own Special Occasion Permit for private events.
