Note that we do NOT have gas cooktops, fryers or walk-in refrigeration

Maintaining a clean kitchen is a priority. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself (we will provide all cleaning supplies for you), taking out garbage/compost/recycling, and replacing/repairing anything that gets damaged or broken while you’re using the space (all rules will be shared with you).

For renters preparing/dealing with food, you must have your Food Handler’s certificate. For all commercial renters, you must include us in your commercial liability insurance.

Pricing

Long term monthly packages are available and quoted based on production frequency and storage needs. Fill in our application form to start the conversation.

Starter Pack
16-hours → use within 3 months
$625 + HST
For side hustlers and solo makers who need a licensed kitchen to start producing.

Accelerator Pack
25-hour pack → use within 4 months
$950 + HST
For food businesses building momentum and ready for regular production and retail testing.

Pro Pack - 50 hours
50-hour pack → use within 6 months
$1,700 + HST

Short term rentals
Hourly rentals are $165 + HST for a 4-hour pre-booked shift, with the option to extend (pending availability) at $40/hour. Add overnight storage starting at $25 if you need to leave items on-site between shifts.

A $300 refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.
