Note that we do NOT have gas cooktops, fryers or walk-in refrigeration

Maintaining a clean kitchen is a priority. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself (we will provide all cleaning supplies for you), taking out garbage/compost/recycling, and replacing/repairing anything that gets damaged or broken while you’re using the space (all rules will be shared with you).

For renters preparing/dealing with food, you must have your Food Handler’s certificate. For all commercial renters, you must include us in your commercial liability insurance.

Pricing

Our Incubator program is built for serious food entrepreneurs ready to build and grow with the support of an experienced team, a vibrant community, and space to scale.

$6,885 + HST for 12 weeks
This all-in, business-building package gives you hands-on support, consistent kitchen access, and the chance to test, connect, and grow — all under one roof.

The Starter
$765 for 16 kitchen hours to be used over 4 consecutive weeks.
For side hustlers and solo makers who need a licensed kitchen to start producing.

The Pro
$1,949 for 48 hrs to be used over 4 consecutive weeks.
For food businesses building momentum and ready for regular production and retail testing.

Short term rentals
Hourly rentals are $160 + HST for a 4-hour pre-booked shift, with the option to extend (pending availability) at $40/hour. Add overnight storage starting at $15 if you need to leave items on-site between shifts.

A $300 refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals.
