MidCity Kitchen is a shared-use commercial kitchen, event space, and coworking hub designed for passionate food entrepreneurs and creative makers.
We are proud to be home to Khue’s Kitchen, a long-term chef residency bringing vibrant Vietnamese cuisine to life, and to host the MidCity Farmers Market — held in our parking lot every summer Wednesday — connecting fresh, local food to our community.
Our vision is to build a true food hub: a place where food system entrepreneurs, local producers, and small businesses come together to grow ideas, expand access to fresh, affordable food, and strengthen the connections between makers and the community.
MidCity Kitchen offers a flexible, professional environment with 24/7 access, dry, cold, and freezer storage exclusively for members, and a streamlined online platform for scheduling, billing, and document management.
All members are required to maintain active business insurance, licensing, and food safety certification.

- 6- or 12-month commitments available.
- Memberships include monthly hours; extra hours billed at $30/hour.
