The Millstone Kitchen is a shared use commercial kitchen facility in Blacksburg, Virginia. Our mission is to empower and support food entrepreneurs in launching their dream businesses.
Available for rent by the hour, our 24/7 kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and rentable storage space. Kitchen members can ready their product for sale or test new recipes. Millstone Kitchen can also serve as a commissary space for local food trucks, offering prep area, storage space, and disposal services.
Millstone Kitchen offers members business support services and access to a supportive community of other entrepreneurs and professionals, who can assist with business plan development, marketing, food safety regulations, and sourcing ingredients.
Our annual membership fee is $150. We have dry storage lockers ($30 each) and cooler/freezer shelves ($40 each) available for monthly rental.
Members book one of three kitchen sections by the hour through our scheduling portal. The left hot and right hot kitchens are rentable for $22/hour, and the prep area for $18/hour.
