Mise is a Mobile commercial kitchen space, rentable by the day, week or month.

Mise Mobile Kitchen is a 30ft trailer with 8x8 walk-in fridge with shelving and speed rack, double stack convection oven (10 full sheet pan capacity total), 6 burner range with refrigerated base, and one deep fryer. It also features a 3-compartment sink and hand washing sink with a propane on demand hot water heater. There are 16ft of stainless-steel tables offering plenty of prep/workspace, as well as an 8ft service window with outdoor lighting. This can be operated year-round with the use of heated hoses in the winter months. Power is supplied by a 50 amp plug that can be plugged into a hard-wired outlet or a generator.
