Description

The production space is ~1250 sq ft. We operate our baking business out of the space and sublet the kitchen space to 2-3 additional businesses. In this kitchen space you’ll get a clean facility without having to scramble for table or storage space, as well as friendly and helpful co-tenants.

All kitchen rentals include access to a 2-burner gas stove, convection oven, triple sink, stainless steel table, blender, crockpot, shared cambros of various sizes, strainers, assorted stock pots, skillets, etc.

Tuesday: All hours.

It is required that the Kitchen will be rented by at least one individual over the age of 18 years old, and in possession of a current Oregon Food Handler’s Card, proof required.

$19.00 per hour/3-hour minimum.
$150.00/hour to host your own Pop-Up.
$100.00 cleaning fee, if the kitchen is not properly cleaned at the end of the day's use.
**$400 Monthly Minimum for After Hours (8 pm - 4 am) Hourly Tenants
