Pricing

1. $1,400/month, all utilities included. 24hr access, 7 days a week. Access to everything listed above and in the kitchen.
2. Daily - $320/day for 8 hours of access. Required reimbursable $250 cleaning deposit. Access to dedicated work table, ware-washing area and shared oven (scheduling in advance required).
3. Hourly - $50/hour with a 5 hr minimum. Required reimbursable $250 cleaning deposit. Access to dedicated work table, ware-washing area and shared oven (scheduling in advance required).
