Collective Kitchens is a dynamic commercial kitchen space designed to launch and nurture local, minority-owned food businesses. We provide a supportive environment for culinary entrepreneurs to create, innovate, and grow their ventures. Our focus on inclusivity, collaboration, and state-of-the-art facilities are the first of their kind in Minneapolis.

From ghost kitchens to test kitchens, dedicated CPG production and ship-ready storage zones to pizza ovens for onsite restaurant use, North Minneapolis is proud to host the largest, most comprehensive shared kitchen in Minnesota.

Owned and operated by NEON, the Northside Economic Opportunity Network, small business can access wraparound technical assistance in addition to kitchen space.

Pricing

Members can choose between set packages that include 12-100 hours of rental space, or rent per hour. Hourly rental rates range from $30-55 depending on the rental areas.

Monthly membership rates start as low as $30/month with the requirement of minimum 10 hours rented, while 12-hour packages start at $500/month.

Businesses receiving NEON business advising services receive discounted kitchen rental rates, including a $20/month membership rate with no minimum hours as a rental requirement.
