New Orleans Trap Kitchen is a commissary kitchen, or commercial kitchen for rent for multiple food professionals to prepare food onsite and sell offsite. Trap Kitchen will also offer ancillary business services that encourage growth for culinary artists ranging from home chefs to aspiring brick and mortar restauranteurs.
The kitchen’s clientele has purposefully been a mix of chefs from all backgrounds, and intentionally caters to providing women- and BIPOC-owned businesses an affordable, safe, and prosperous workspace.
