Nimbus combines the flexibility of shared kitchens, the efficiency of ghost kitchens, and the hospitality of traditional restaurants under one roof. We offer:
- turn-key hourly kitchen rentals (includes certified kitchen stations, efficient equipment mixes, and frequent sanitization)
- customizable long-term kitchen rentals (kitchen design expertise, maintenance and inspections, and more)
- onsite storage space (includes dry storage, cold storage and frozen storage)
Nimbus River North:
19,000 sqft of commercial kitchen space on the 2nd floor
Units range from 385 sqft with 12’ hoods up to 1625 sqft with 54’ of hoods. Various kitchen combinations allow for maximum flexibility!
We have three membership options:
Full-time (dedicated): gain 24/7 access to a private kitchen on an annual contract. These kitchens start at $2,000 / month. Please note that we offer all-inclusive pricing, which covers shared equipment maintenance, and additional services like trash removal, grease trap cleaning, pest control, etc (saving you thousands of dollars each month). We DO NOT take a percentage of revenue. Please also note that when renting any kitchen at Nimbus, you'll have access to thousands of square feet of common areas, including breakrooms, bathrooms, front-of-house areas, and more, in addition to your kitchen unit.
On-demand (hourly): rent open-floor plan kitchens on-demand in four-hour blocks. Please note there is a 3-month initial commitment of 32 hours / month, contracts are month-to-month thereafter. Our prep kitchens are $20.50 / hour, our standard kitchens are $30.50 / hour, and our deluxe kitchens are $35.50 / hour.
Temporary (one-off): rent back-of-house kitchens or our front-of-house event space on-demand for periods under 14 days. Please note there is a $2k minimum spend. This amount can be reached through kitchen or event space rental fees, as well as your Onboarding and Initiation Fee ($250). If your total spend falls short of $2,000, we will charge the difference to meet the minimum requirement.
