Description

Spacious, clean, lots of natural light, bountiful work benches, and a large walk-in cooler are some of the highlights of our commissary. We have plenty of time and space available to share our space, from which we operate our wholesale bakery, with a select handful of food and/or drink businesses. We cultivate an atmosphere of mutual respect and strive to foster the success of one another's businesses. Our aim is create a community of small businesses sharing a space, rather than cramming as many people into the space and time available to just make a buck.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate cooking of meat, sauteing of vegetables, or other grease-generating activities, as we lack the proper hood and grease interceptor. Also, this kitchen is a dedicated bakery and so we select kitchen members whose activities and food aromas mesh well with sweet baking (i.e., we are unable to accommodate making salsas, cutting onions, grinding meats, etc.). Kitchen geared toward production of savory foods are better for those types of operations. Thanks for your understanding!
