Nolavore Commissary, a commercial kitchen facility located in the heart of New Orleans, is accepting applications for part time and full time tenants. Our fully licensed, 1000-square foot converted service station contains most standard kitchen equipment, such as an 8-burner range, convection and conventional ovens, charbroiler, 20 quart mixer, walk-in space, dry storage, pots, pans, utensils and more!
Our central location is just minutes from the French Quarter/downtown, the Warehouse District/CBD, Garden District/Uptown, and expressway. Our gated facility equipped with alarm and video security systems make working at Nolavore both safe and convenient. Deliveries and loading/unloading are made easy with the use of our roll up garage door leading directly into the kitchen.

Part Time Tenants:
6 month lease, rentals begin at $500 per month for 20 hours, up to $2000 for 80 hours per month
Dry/Refrigerated Storage Shelves $50 per month per shelf
Business Documentation, Liability Insurance, Serv Safe Certification, and One Month's Security Deposit Required
Drop-In (Out of Area Clients Only)
$35 per hour, 4 hour minimum
Overnight Storage $15 per shelf, per night
Business Documentation, Liability Insurance, and Sanitation Certification Required
50% Prepaid Rental Plus $250 Deposit for First Day, $50 Deposit for Each Additional Day
