• We vet all potential tenants in order to insure top-rate professionalism and intense cleaning standards.

Pricing

Because we recognize new and independent businesses often have leaner budgets to work with than the more established food companies, and often require fewer hours, we offer four pricing tiers in order to accommodate all needs and budgets. And, our lease is month-to-month, so you won’t feel locked in.

We do not require membership or application fees - or any other additional fees.

You will get: designated kitchen/equipment use and dry storage space.

We also offer both a huge walk-in freezer and cooler for an additional low fee.

First and last month's rent, plus deposit is due at lease signing.
