Our kitchen is mostly a bakers kitchen. Ideal for those that don't run a traditional hot food business, but something perfect for vendors that need prep space for farmers markets, catering, product manufacturing, catering and custom orders.

Pricing

Hourly Pricing: $25 per hour (1 hour minimum required)

Package 1: 30 hours at $25/hour = $750/month
Additional time: $25/hour
*Includes use of one rack in fridge and one rack in freezer

Package 2: 40 hours at $20/hour = $800/month
Additional time: $20/hour
*Includes use of one rack in fridge and one rack in freezer

Package 3: 60 hours at $18/hour = $1080/month
Additional time: $18/hour
*Includes use of one rack in fridge and one rack in freezer (LxWxH, 46”x24”x12”)
*Includes use of dry storage (LxWxH, 42”x26”x25”)

Package 4: 80 hours at $16/hour = $1280/month
Additional time: $16/hour
*Includes use of one rack in fridge and one rack in freezer (LxWxH, 46”x24”x12”)
*Includes use of dry storage (LxWxH, 42”x26”x25”)

Additional Storage, A La Carte Storage

Large Items Dry Storage: $150 monthly 42”x26”x25” (LxWxH) This is best for taller storage containers. Please note that our racks are open so your items will need to be stored and secured at your own costs.

Pantry Dry Storage: $150 monthly 3 shelves on rolling storage rack located in our pantry. Please note that our racks are open so your items will need to be stored and secured at your own costs.

Fridge Storage: $100 monthly for one additional rack
(LxWxH, 46”x24”x12”)

Freezer Storage: $100 monthly for one additional rack
(LxWxH, 46”x24”x12”)
