We are a catering kitchen renting our space during our off-peak hours. For use as commissary food prep only - not available as a listed business address or storefront. Please read available hours, accessibility, and amenities carefully.

-Tuesdays anytime*
-Wednesday-Sunday 1am-7am
*other persons may be in the building and using neighboring spaces

-2nd floor, STAIRS (no elevator)
-Shared with and rented directly from Business & Building Owner

-Convection oven
-1 storage shelving unit for food or equipment
-1 under-counter shelf for food or equipment
-1 residential fridge/freezer
-Two large stainless prep tables
-One wood-top prep table
-Access to electrical outlets
-Ice machine
-3-compartment dishwashing sink
-2-compartment food sink
-Microwave
-Coffeemaker
-Mop Station, mop, brooms, trash cans
-Utilities (water, electric, trash, compost)
-Wifi
-Parking for up to 5 vehicles during leased hours (leased from SDOT)

Not included:
-Stove/range. if needed, you must provide induction burner(s)
-Food, other equipment, cookware, etc
-Additional storage

Included at additional cost:
-Washer/dryer use
-Dishwasher or Glasswasher use
-Linen/towel service
-Use of meeting space(s)
-Additional shelf in walk-in fridge and/or freezer
-Additional hours as available

Pricing

$1600/month for up to 20 hours a week. Additional pro-rated hours available with mutual agreement (standard or ad-hoc).
