The production space is ~1250 sq ft. We operate our baking business out of the space and sublet the kitchen space to 2-3 additional businesses. In this kitchen space you’ll get a clean facility without having to scramble for table or storage space, as well as friendly and helpful co-tenants.
Available hours are evenings & most Sundays and Mondays. Available hours:
Sun: 8:30am on
Mon: all day
Tues: 5pm until 4am the following morning
Wed: 5pm until 4am the following morning
Thurs: 5pm until 4am the following morning
Friday: 5pm until 3:30am the following morning
Sat: not available
Depending on your business needs, we may be able to overlap kitchen hours and then more daytime hours could be available.

We request a minimum of 32 hours per month (8 hours per week) at the rate of $768/month.
We would prefer a 1 year or 6 month lease but are open to a month-to-month lease with the right fit.
