We are commissary kitchen with two locations our downtown Vancouver location is best suited for Food Trucks and production prep, and our New Westminster location is suited for ghost kitchens and production prep.

Our stations range in price from $2100-$2400 and we work with 1 year contracts only, we do not offer hourly or part-time options.

Our dedicated stations are available for full-time kitchen access at a monthly rate of $2100–$2,400. For those seeking limited access(Coffee carts, Simple menu carts etc), we offer shared stations starting at $1,450 per month, though these are limited and depend on usage.

Additional fees may apply for extra storage or fryer usage, which can vary by location. Freezer space is a extra fee and is limited.

If you require powered parking for a food truck or cart in Vancouver, the cost is $450 per month for powered spaces or $350 for unpowered ones. Please note that we currently do not offer hourly rental options or personal vehicle parking.
