    Description

    Our shared kitchen is a stand-alone commercial kitchen divided into three sections. Our primary section contains the standard restaurant equipment including a grill, oven, low boy burner, flat top, deep fryer, two work stations and a three compartment wash station. The second section is our pastry cell which includes two work stations and a dedicated pastry oven. Our third section contains work stations with drop down plugins and mobile shelves with locking capabilities. We have secure parking for food trucks and food trailers.
