Our commercial kitchen rentals at 3729 Verdugo Road offers flexible hourly kitchen stations, ideal for caterers, bakers, ghost-kitchen operators, meal-prep brands, food trucks operators, and CPG startups. Cook lines come equipped with convection ovens, charbroiler grill, tilt skillets, deep fryers, mixers, ample prep tables, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all depending on your business needs. We also offer food cart storage, prep, wash and removal services.

Members use keyless entry, cold/dry/freezer storage, on-site co-packing, and an event/teaching kitchen to host classes or tastings. Test-sell your delivery only menu in our hourly commercial kitchens, or use our Long Beach Chef’s Kitchen as a pop-up. USDA Certification Available
Partake Collective offers business owners the ability to certify their kitchen space with the USDA at both of our locations—Long Beach and Glassell Park. All kitchens meet the infrastructure requirements for certification. Tenants may coordinate directly with the USDA to pursue certification for their specific operations. USDA inspectors are regularly on site, making it convenient for approved businesses to schedule inspections and maintain compliance.
