Pensacola Cooks houses a shared kitchen facility (commissary) designed to help food entrepreneurs and start-up businesses grow and succeed in the food industry. We provide an equipped kitchen space, rented out on a short-term basis. This allows for permitted food entrepreneurs to launch their business without the need for expensive investments in equipment, infrastructure, and staffing. Our commissary is ideal for caterers, mobile food vendors, wholesale/retail product producers, and bakers.
We offer the convenience of 24/7 secure access to the facility. Your monthly membership includes water access/dumping, grease disposal, access to schedule prep time, packaging, dry and cold storage.
There are three rooms that are rented by the hour for food preparation, baking and/or cooking, and packaging.

$15 per hour rental fee, as needed
