    Kitchen Rental Rate Plans

    Monthly Plan Monthly Rate Hours Included Extra Hours Rate
    Startup I $180 (per month) up to 10 hours $20 per hour
    Startup II $255 (per month) up to 15 hours $19 per hour

    Included in Monthly Plans: 2 dry storage shelves on metro rack; 2 months per calendar year of a discounted “off-season” rental rate (50%).

    Part Time $16 (per hour) 16-30 (per month) $18 per hour
    Full Time $15 (per hour) 31+ (per month) $17 per hour

    Included in Hourly Plan: 1 whole metro rack for dry storage; option to bring in appliance for $80 fee; refrigeration space is negotiable; 2 months per calendar year of a discounted “off-season” rental rate of $100/month.

    **Rent is due by the 1st day of each month. A $50 late fee will apply to rent received after the 5th of the month.
