Philadelphia Food Trucks Commissary is a full service support facility for anyone looking for a professional opportunity without the extreme overhead of their own brick and mortar.

We are the largest indoor parking facility in the northeast with in space electrical for every vendor. With 5000+ square feet of kitchen space we can accommodate many vendors working at the same time. The kitchen space includes a fully equipped 40 foot hotline along with the dedicated ware washing area. 28 prep tables are available at all times for tenants to book based on their needs. Additionally we have shared walk-in refrigerator, dry storage and walk-in freezer rooms in a climate controlled atmosphere.

We offer 24/7 secure access along with 30+ HD cameras throughout the building. We have seven day a week Management On Site along with seven day a week cleaning service for the common area and on-site maintenance. Additionally, we are a full service Food Truck, trailer and Cart Fabricator and maintenance facility with a 10,000 square-foot drive in Shop attached to the building. We also offer business services for startups, looking to learn what it takes to operate a professional food business, including assistance with licensing, employment opportunity, insurance and financing.
