Clean, bright, spacious and well equipped. We're a shared kitchen space with great amenities, conveniently located near I10 and Warner Road in the Ahwatukee neighborhood of Phoenix. We're careful not to over commit our kitchen schedule so you'll always have a comfortable work environment with the space you need. We are FDA registered.

Pricing

No two businesses are alike. Several details will be used to determine your lease amount. The hours of usage, number of employees occupying the kitchen and the amount of dry, cold and freezer storage needed all play a factor in your lease rate. Rates start at $400 a month and include up to 20 hours a month and include storage.
