We encourage local chefs, farmers, fishermen and women as well as food trucks and raw bar operators that need access to a commercial kitchen. We offer monthly packages for a variety of businesses such as Personal Chef, Farmers Market, Raw Bars, Food Trucks, Dinner and Kitchen use for private dinners, tastings or other types of activities. Our membership fee includes use of all small wares, most kitchen equipment, cleaning products, use of the dishwasher, up to one 55 gallon trash bag of refuse, up to 5 gallons of ice, utilities, insurance, technology fee, and one parking space on premise.
