For eight years, Hudson Valley Open Kitchen ( Formally the Poughkeepsie Open Kitchen) has offered a well equipped and affordable space for budding food start ups to incubate out of, or existing small food businesses the opportunity to expand their businesses. We have a community hub area at the Poughkeepsie location allowing our members the opportunity to build their businesses with pop ups, and to date, we have had 21 businesses incubate out of our space into their own storefronts.
