Prep Kitchen-CLE is a 24-hour kitchen that caters to all sorts of food businesses - from meal prep to caterers to bakers to hot sauces to delivery services... and a plethora of other food and non-food businesses alike

We have two prep kitchens for hourly-rental that are first come, first serve. We also offer discounts/credits when monthly hourly benchmarks are met (starting at 25 hours)

The Chef's Kitchen (with attached Chef's Table - rented separately) is a great space to prepare your product, teach a cooking class, shoot content, or host a private dinner. Equipment: single conventional oven with six burners, stand-alone convection oven, griddle, and grill top, as well as a long prep table.

Many of our members find themselves on our Prep Side with three long prep tables, 10-burner range, two conventional ovens, stand-alone convection oven, and steamer.

Members also have access to our 20 Qt. mixer.

Pricing

No membership fee!
$300 security deposit and $50 application fee

Kitchen Rental: $29/hour (peak 6am-8pm); $25/hr (off-peak - 8pm -6am)
Dry Storage: $18/month per shelf
Walk-in Cooler: $22/month per shelf
Freezer Storage: $25/month per shelf
