Pricing

Short-term: Hourly Flex -$40/hour with 4 hour minimum includes full private kitchen access, equipment, and utility usage.
Short-Term: Full-Night Block - $300/night includes exclusive access to the entire 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM shift.
Long-Term: Monthly Anchor - $5000/month includes access 5 nights per week + designated on-site storage.
