To accommodate different needs, we offer two types of spaces: Private Hourly Rental Kitchens, which are perfect for caterers, meal prep services, or food trucks seeking flexibility, and Long-Term Leasing options, designed for restaurants focusing on delivery and pick-up services, with lease terms ranging from 6 to 24 months. We have created a range of pricing plans based on the length of time you lease our kitchens.
