The Premiere Center for Culinary Start-Ups and Shared kitchens is Pro Kitchen Hub Tampa. We are not just a kitchen for rent. We care about your success and mentor you through the process to help you grow!
Established in 2015 by Kristin McKinney (a caterer of 23 yrs) Pro Kitchen Hub Tampa has helped a little over 350 food entrepreneurs get started and grow their business! We have two full catering kitchens, 3 baking stations, 2 large cold prep areas and a packaging room. We have plenty of storage (rolling units, large cages and full separate storage rooms), 2 walk in coolers, 2 shared commercial refrigeration units and plenty of space for you to bring in your own cooler! If you need work space or an Uber Eats pick up - we have that too!

Our kitchen has a new expansion next door - The Bakery Box Pop-Up - a retail location like no other. Each day we have a different company selling their product. They rent that day 1 month at a time. All as an additional way to sell your product directly to the public. Conveniently, the restaurant next door does not have dessert...what a great fit! PKHT works closely with the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Taste of South Tampa, Working Women of Tampa Bay and the Sustainable Buzz. PKHT also contributes to the Working Women of Tampa Bay Foundation to provide grants to women owned business.

Pricing

Rates average between $25-$36 per hour depending on the membership you choose. We do rent for a one time event prep/cooking to licensed/insured caterers and bakers from other areas.
