Located within the new Randolph County Agricultural Center, the Randolph County Commercial Kitchen (RCCK) is a shared-use commercial kitchen facility designed to support the creation, growth, and expansion of food businesses in Randolph County and beyond. Whether you are a startup food entrepreneur, established food business, caterer, baker, or value-added producer, RCCK was built to help your business succeed.

The facility features two separate commercial kitchen spaces, each approximately 674 square feet and equipped with dedicated HVAC and hood systems. RCCK is designed to provide a functional, flexible, and professional environment while maintaining high food safety standards.

Available equipment and workspaces throughout the facility include:
-Various stainless steel prep areas, including movable prep tables
-Two prep sinks (one designated for meat and one for vegetables)
-3-compartment sinks
-Hand sinks
-20 qt. mixers
-Vertical cutter/mixers
-Combi ovens
-Gas convection ovens
-6-burner ranges with convection ovens
-Electric tilting skillet
-Mobile proofer cabinet
-Speed racks (sheet pan racks)
-Refrigerators
-Freezers
-Shared Common Area Amenities: Walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, wire storage racks, wire security cages, ice machine

The Randolph County Commercial Kitchen is considered a high-risk facility and may accommodate the production of value-added products, meat products, as determined by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture Meat & Poultry Division, and catering operations, as determined by the Randolph County Environmental Health Department.
