Salthouse Commissary Kitchen is a collaborative creative space made up of like-minded food and beverage professionals passionate about their craft. This newly renovated and well-equipped shared commissary kitchen features over 13,000 square feet of flexible space for food trucks, caterers, bakers, food product producers and other related businesses. Our facility provides flexible sublease options, access to commercial grade cooking equipment, ample prep areas, storage and on site parking with designated access for food trucks. Our team is committed to a hands on approach to mentorship, collaboration and day to day kitchen operations.

Pricing

Tier 1: *Includes unlimited dish machine usage during rental time
• Up to 10 hours per month
• Price: $400 per month, $40 each additional hour
• Deposit: 1st month’s rent (including extra costs)

Tier 2: *Includes unlimited dish machine usage during rental time
• Up to 40 hours per month
• Price: $800 per month, $20 each additional hour
• Deposit: 1st month’s rent (including extra costs)
• Refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit) - $200

Tier 3: *Includes unlimited dish machine usage during rental time
• Up to 120 hours per month
• Price: $1800 per month, $15 each additional hour
• Deposit: 1st month’s rent (including extra costs)
• Refundable deposit (cleaning/damage deposit) - $250

Tier 4: *Includes unlimited dish machine usage during rental time
• Full Time Users
• 180 hours per month/unlimited
• Price: $2160 per month, $12 each additional hour
• Deposit: 1st month’s rent (including extra costs)
