    I'm looking for someone to share our kitchen in LIC. The space is all electric, equipped with a Hobart mixer and Cuppone pizza oven that can also be used for breadmaking and roasting veggies. We have dry storage space available. There is a walk-in fridge down the hall plus a freight elevator that leads to the loading dock.

    Pricing

    You will be responsible for $950 monthly. Here's what's included: 24/7 building access, maintenance, garbage and recycling removal, use of equipment, dry storage, walk-in fridge storage, and electricity. Daily rate is $150.
