Spacious, Kosher (dairy) kitchen available for rent in Sunset Park Brooklyn near the Brooklyn Army Terminal. The space is available during the week starting after 5pm for evenings, overnight hours and on the weekends. We have a double Blodgett oven, 30 qt mixer, two kitchen stand mixers, induction burner and vitamix available for use, as well as mixing bowls and plenty of cake pans in all sizes. We ask that anyone sharing please supply their own sheet pans.
We are looking for a regular subletter but open to those on a short term basis. Dry storage is available, as well as cold storage in our walk-in. Reach in reacher is for production use only, no storage available.
The kitchen is perfect for bakers, chocolatiers and granola or beverage.
You do not have to be kosher certified but all ingredients must be kosher and we will verify prior to kitchen use. No meat products are allowed.
