This facility is the home of Isthmus Eats meal kit service, but has a dedicated shared kitchen space as well as dedicated cooler/freezer space for new or existing food businesses. Kitchen services available:
-Assigned Dry Storage
-Assigned Cooler Storage (850 sq ft)
-Assigned Freezer Storage (270 sq ft)
-Food Prep Tables
-Cooking Equipment (ovens, stoves, griddle, blast chiller, robotcoupe, mixers)
-2 Dishwashing Areas

-Drive-in indoor loading/unloading area (4 vehicle indoor spaces!)
