At No More Empty Pots, we provide three fully equipped, health-certified commercial kitchens designed to help emerging food entrepreneurs turn their vision into reality. Whether you’re launching a bakery, meal-prep service, food truck, catering brand, or artisan food line, our kitchen gives you the tools you need — without the burden of buying, maintaining, or storing expensive equipment.

• Flexible, affordable rental: Rent month-to-month—No long-term lease, no overhead of owning your own facility.

• Full-service kitchen + storage + more: Our kitchens have professional-grade ovens, ranges, fryers, mixers — all the essentials to bake, cook, and prep at scale. We also offer dry, cold, and freezer storage, prep space, and a dock area at our Greenhouse location for large deliveries and pick-ups.

NMEP is a hub where chefs, bakers, caterers, and food makers learn, collaborate, and grow. Many renters take advantage of our expanded ecosystem: business coaching, storage, distribution support, and opportunities for community events, pop-ups, and retail through our Micro Market and Food Hub.

Pricing

Hourly rates vary by space and equipment, starting at $10/hour. We also provide storage, pop-up space, and event rentals.
To get started, most users sign up for our $50/month commissary membership, which unlocks flexible, pay-as-you-go kitchen access. If you sign up for one of our Tiered plans at 10 hours or more each month, we waive your monthly fee and give you additional amenities.
